  • 1 lb / 500g chicken tenders (boneless, skinless)
  • 1 cup plain flour (for a crispy coating)
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder (for extra crunch)
  • Vegetable oil, for frying (for golden perfection)

For the Hot Honey Sauce:

  • ½ cup honey (the perfect touch of sweetness)
  • 2 teaspoons chili flakes (adjust for spice level)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (adds brightness and balance)

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Marinate for Maximum Flavor
  • In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, salt, paprika, turmeric, garlic, and thyme.
  • Add the chicken tenders and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for even juicier chicken).

Step 2: Coat for a CrunchyCrust

  • In an other bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
  • Remove each marinated chicken tender from the yogurt mix and dredge in theflour
