Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken(rotisserie works great)
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce(adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese(optional)
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing(optional, for added creaminess)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions, sliced, for garnish
  • Celery sticks, carrot sticks,tortilla chips for serving

Instructions
 

  • Blend the cottage cheese in a blender or food processor until completely smooth. This is key to achieving that classic creamy dip texture without the graininess of whole curds.
  • In alarge mixing bowl, combine the blended cottage cheese, shredded chicken,buffalo wing sauce, cheddar cheese, blue cheese (if using), ranch dressing,garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper
  • Mix thoroughly until all the ingredients are well combined and the chicken is evenly coated.
  • Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Spread it out evenly using a spatula.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbling around the edges. If you prefer a golden top, place it under the broiler for an additional 2-3 minutes, watching carefully to avoid burning.
  • Remove from oven and let it cool slightly for about 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
  • Serve warm with celery sticks, carrot sticks, and tortilla chips on the side. Enjoy the perfect balance of spicy, creamy, and tangy flavors in every bite!
