  • Start by brewing your favorite chai tea blend (use two tea bags or 2teaspoons loose-leaf) and let it steep for about 5 minutes. Cool it completely, then chillit in the fridge
  • In a small bowl or cup, whisk together the caramel saucevanilla extract, and sugar if using. This step ensures the caramel dissolves smoothly.
  • In a tall glass, pour the chilled chai tea over a generous amount of ice.
  • Stir in the caramel-vanilla mixture until everything is fully combined.
