1/2 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla for extra sweetness)
1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy like almond or oat milk)
1 tablespoon honey (optional, depending on sweetness preference)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (for that warm, applepie flavor)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (adds depth and sweetness)
1/2 cup ice cubes (for a refreshing, chilled texture)
Instructions
Prepare the AppleCore and chop the apple into small pieces. If you prefer a super smooth texture, peel the apple first, but keeping the skin adds extra fiber.
Blend Everything TogetherAdd the chopped apple, Greek yogurt, milk, honey, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and ice cubes to a high-speed blender.
Blend Until SmoothStart on low speed, then increase to high, blending until everything is creamy and well combined. This should take about 30–60 seconds.
Taste & AdjustIf you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add more honey.
Serve Immediately – Pour into a glass, sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon, and enjoy!
