  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • A handful of ice cubes (optional, for extra chill)

Instructions
 

  • Add Ingredients to Blender Start by tossing the frozen raspberries, banana, and peanut butter into your blender. Pour in the almond milk and scoop in the Greek yogurt for that extra creamy texture.
  • Blend Until Smooth Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides if needed, and add the honey or syrup for a touch of sweetness, if desired.
