Crispy Buffalo Chicken Flatbread: Fast, Spicy, Fun

Ingredients
  

  • 2 flatbreads (naanor pita work well)
  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbledblue cheese (optional)
  • 2 tablespoonsranch dressing (for drizzling)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Olive oil spray orbrush for crust

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F and place your flatbreads on a baking sheet  Give them a quick coat of olive oil to boost that golden crunch.
  • In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until fully coated.
  • Spread the chicken evenly over the flatbreads.  Cover with mozzarella, and for extra tang, finish with a scattering of blue cheese.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden.
  • Remove from oven, drizzle with ranch, and garnish with parsley.
  • Slice and serve hot right off the pan or with a dipping sauce of your choice.
