Ingredients
2 flatbreads (naanor pita work well)
1 cup cooked shredded chicken
1/3 cup buffalo wing sauce
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup crumbledblue cheese (optional)
2 tablespoonsranch dressing (for drizzling)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
Olive oil spray orbrush for crust
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F and place your flatbreads on a baking sheet
Give them a quick coat of olive oil to boost that golden crunch.
In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, melted butter, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until fully coated.
Spread the chicken evenly over the flatbreads. Cover with mozzarella, and for extra tang, finish with a scattering of blue cheese.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden.
Remove from oven, drizzle with ranch, and garnish with parsley.
Slice and serve hot right off the pan or with a dipping sauce of your choice.
