2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla – full-fat for extra creaminess)
2–3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to your taste)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, but it adds warmth)
Fruits &Add-ins:
1 cup fresh or frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, etc.)
2–3 tablespoons dark chocolate chips, mini chocolate chips, or cocoa nibs (optional)
Granola, chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or seeds for crunch (about ½ cup total)
OptionalToppings:
Adrizzle of melted peanut butter or almond butter
A pinch of sea salt flakes
Extra fruit or chocolate on top for visual appeal
Instructions
Line your panUse an 8x8 inch (20x20 cm) baking dish or loaf pan. Line it with parchmentpaper for easy removal later.
Mix the baseIn a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanillaextract. Stir until smooth and creamy.
Add fruit and mix-insFold in your berries and chocolate chips, or any extras you're using. Begentle—especially if you're using fresh berries.
Pour and smoothSpread the mixture evenly into your prepared pan. Use a spatula to smooth thetop.
Add toppingsSprinkle granola, nuts, or any toppings you like on top. Press down slightly sothey stick when frozen.
FreezeCover the pan and place it in the freezer for at least 3 hours, or untilcompletely firm.
Slice & serveOnce frozen solid, lift the block out using the parchment paper. Cut into bars or squares with asharp knife. Let sit for 2–3 minutes before eating (they’re hard rightout of the freezer!).
