Ingredients
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1/2 cup coconut milk (or light coconut cream)
1/2 frozen banana (for added creaminess)
1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
In a blender, add the frozen raspberries, banana, almond butter, and peanut butter.
Pour in the coconut milk and sprinkle in the cocoa powder.
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides if necessary.
Pour into a chilled glass and top with shredded coconut and a few dark chocolate chips if desired.
