Activate the Yeast: In a small bowl, mix the warmwater, sugar, and active dry yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
Mix the Dough: In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and blue spirulinapowder. Add the activated yeast mixture, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar.Stir to combine and knead the dough for 8-10 minutes until it’s smooth andelastic.
First Rise: Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover it with a clean kitchentowel. Allow it to rise in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours, or until it hasdoubled in size
Shape the Bread Bowl: Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into twoportions.
Second Rise: Let the dough rest for another 30-45 minutes while preheating your ovento 450°F (230°C). This step ensures the dough will be light and airy.
Bake:Use a sharp knife to score the top of each loaf with an “X” or your desiredpattern. Bake the loaves for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brownand the bread sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
Serve: Once baked, remove from the ovenand allow the bread to cool slightly before cutting out the center to form abowl shape. Fill with your favorite soup, salad, or dip.
