Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana (frozen or fresh)
  • ¾ cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 ½ tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 generous handful of fresh spinach
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 3-4 ice cubes (if banana is not frozen)

Instructions
 

  • In a high-speed blender, toss in the banana, raspberriesspinach, and peanut butter.
  • Pour in the almond milk, add the ice cubes, and drizzle in the honey if you’re going for extra sweetness.
