Prepare the Hibiscus InfusionSteep hibiscus tea in hot water for about 10 minutes,allowing the floral flavors to fully develop. Strain and let it coolcompletely.
Blend the Strawberry BaseIn a blender, combine strawberries, honey, and vanilla extract.Blend until smooth. If you prefer a chunkier texture, pulse a few times insteadof blending thoroughly.
Create the Marbled EffectFill your popsicle molds by alternating layers of strawberry puree,hibiscus tea, and vanilla yogurt. Use a skewer or a knife to swirlgently, creating a beautiful marbled design.
