Strain for a Smooth Texture(Optional)For an ultra-smooth popsicle, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieveto remove the raspberry seeds.
Add the Creamy Coconut SwirlGently stir in coconut milk to create a luscious, creamy texture.For a marbled effect, swirl the coconut milk into the raspberry mixture insteadof fully mixing.
Fill and FreezePour the mixture into popsiclemolds. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or untilcompletely solid.
