Homemade Ruby Love Popsicles : Vegan & Delicious

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk (for a rich, creamy texture)
  • 1 tbsp rose water (adjust for preference)
  • 3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (for natural sweetness)
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice (to enhance the flavors)

Instructions
 

  • Blend the Raspberry Mixture
    In a blender, combine raspberries, honey (or maple syrup), lemon juice,and rose water. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  • Strain for a Smooth Texture(Optional)
    For an ultra-smooth popsicle, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieveto remove the raspberry seeds.
  • Add the Creamy Coconut Swirl
    Gently stir in coconut milk to create a luscious, creamy texture.For a marbled effect, swirl the coconut milk into the raspberry mixture insteadof fully mixing.
  • Fill and Freeze
    Pour the mixture into popsiclemolds. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or untilcompletely solid.
  • Unmold and Enjoy!
    To remove the popsicles easily, run warm water over the outside of the moldfor a few seconds. Then, enjoy your beautifully vibrant and refreshingRaspberry & Rose Popsicles!
