Step 3: Prepare the MatchaIna separate small bowl, sift the matcha powder to remove any clumps. Add 2 tablespoons of hot water (notboiling, around 175°F or 80°C) and whisk vigorously using a bamboo whisk or afrother until a smooth, frothy paste forms.
Step 4: Combine EverythingSlowly pour the matcha mixture into thechocolate milk while stirring gently. Add vanilla extract, cinnamon(if using), and sweetener if desired. Whisk until everything is well combined.
