How to Make the Best Monterey Chicken Spaghetti

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz driedspaghetti
  • 4 cupschopped cooked chicken
  • 1 (16-oz)container sour cream
  • 2 (10.5-oz) cans unsalted cream of chicken sou
  • 1 (10-oz) package frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided
  • 2 garlic cloves,minced
  • 1 (6-oz) can French's French Fried Onions, divided

Instructions
 

  • Preheat & Prep – Preheat oven to 350ºF and grease a 9×13-inch bakingdish.
  • CookPasta – Boil spaghetti according to package instructions, thendrain.
  • Mix Ingredients – In a large bowl, combine chicken,cream of chicken soup, sour cream, spinach, 1 cup cheese, garlic, and half thefried onions.
  • Combine with Pasta – Stir in the cooked spaghetti until well coated
  • Assemble Casserole – Pour the mixture into the baking dish and spread evenl
  • Top with Cheese & Onions – Sprinkle remaining cheese and fried onionson top
  • Bake – Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Serve & Enjoy – Let rest for 5minutes before serving.
