Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups brewed chai tea, chilled
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries or raspberry puree
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons honey or sugar, to taste
  • 1/2 cup milk or dairy-free milk alternative
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional garnish: fresh raspberries and a sprinkle of cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Start by brewingyour chai tea using two tea bags or loose-leaf chai steeped in hot water forabout five minutes. Let it cool completely, then place it in the fridge tochill. Meanwhile, blend fresh raspberries with a teaspoon of honey or sugaruntil smooth; strain if you prefer a seedless texture. Start by pouring thechilled chai tea into a tall glass. Add the vanilla extract and raspberrypurée, then give it a gentle stir to blend everything together. Drop in ahandful of ice cubes, and slowly pour the mixture over the top. Finish byadding the milk in a slow stream to create a soft, swirling pattern. Garnishwith extra raspberries and a light dusting of cinnamon before serving.
