  • 1 tsp dried oregano

  • Saltand black pepper to taste
  • 4 burger buns, toasted
  • 1/2cup tzatziki sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Sliced red onion, for topping
  • Sliced tomato, for topping
  • Lettuce leaves, for serving

Instructions
 

  •  Begin by combining the groundlamb with finely chopped mint, minced garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepperin a large bowl. Handle the mixture lightly to avoid making the patties denseor tough. Shape the meat into four equal-sized patties, making a small dip inthe center of each to help them cook evenly without bulging. Heat a grill orskillet over medium-high heat, then cook the patties for about 4 minutes perside for medium doneness. While the burgers cook, lightly toast the buns untilgolden brown. Assemble each burger by spreading tzatziki sauce on the buns,then layering the lamb patty, sliced tomato, red onion, and crisp lettuce.Serve immediately for the best juicy experience.
