Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken sausages (keto-friendly, no added sugar)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Optional: 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (for a spicy kick)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Air Fryer
    Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and let it preheat for about 3 minutes.
  • Prepare the Sausages
    Lightly coat the chicken sausages with olive oil. Mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Sprinkle this seasoning mix evenly over the sausages.
  • Cook in the Air Fryer
    Arrange the sausages in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Avoid overcrowding to ensure proper air circulation
  • Air Fry to Perfection
    Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through. If you like extra crispiness, cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Check for Doneness
    Use a meat thermometer to ensure the sausages have reached 165°F (75°C) internally.
  • Serve & Enjoy
    Let the sausages rest for a minute before serving. Enjoy them as-is or pair them with a keto-friendly side like roasted veggies or cauliflower mash!
