Instructions
Prep the boba:Cook your tapioca pearls according to package instructions. Once done, soak them in a little sugar syrup or honey while you prep the rest. This keeps them sweet and bouncy.
Blend the base:In a blender, combine your fruit (or brewed tea, if going milk tea style), milk, ice, sweetener of choice, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until super smooth—think milkshake level.
Assemble the drink:Scoop the sweetened bobainto the bottom of a tall glass. Pour the smoothie over the pearls
Sip and enjoy:Grab a wide straw(because boba!) and dive in. Drink immediately before the ice melts and thepearls lose their texture
