  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko works best)
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra spice)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Chicken: Start by patting the chicken tenders dry with a paper towel. Thishelps the coating stick better during the air frying process.
  • Make the Breading: In a shallow bowl, whisk togetherthe flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In a second bowl, beat theegg and milk together. In a third bowl, add the breadcrumbs.
