Quick Air Fryer Chicken Sausage with Eggs and Potatoes

Ingredients
  

  • 4 chicken sausages, sliced into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 medium potatoes, diced small
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ tea ½ teaspoon saltspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Preheat the Air Fryer
    If your air fryer has a preheat function, set it to 375°F (190°C) and let it run for 3-5 minutes.
    If not, simply turn it on and let it heat for 3 minutes before adding your ingredients
  • Step2: Prep the Ingredients
    Wash and dice the potatoes into small, evenly sized cubes to ensure even cooking. Slice the chicken sausages into bite-sized pieces.
    In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. This will give them a crispy, flavorful coating.
  • Step 3: Cook the Potatoes and Sausage
    Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 375°F for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even crisping.
    Add the sliced chicken sausage to the basket and continue cooking for 5 more minutes, or until the sausage is slightly browned and heated through.
  • Step4: Cook the Eggs
    Push the potatoes and sausage to one side of the basket, creating space for the eggs.
    Crack the eggs directly into the air fryer basket (or use a small oven-safe ramekin for better shape).
    Air fry for 2-3 minutes or until the eggs reach your desired donenes
  • Step5: Serve & Enjoy
    Carefully remove the eggs, potatoes, and sausage from the air fryer.
    Garnish with fresh parsley for extra flavor and color.
