Quick and Classic Creamy Blender Smoothie for Busy Mornings

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe banana 
  •  1 cup frozen mango chunks 
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt 
  • 3/4 cup almond milk 
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup 
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes 

Optional add-ins:

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds 
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 

Instructions
 

  • Prepare your ingredients :
    Peel and slice the banana, measure out the frozen mango, and gather the remaining ingredients.
  • Blend the base :
    In a high-speed blender, combine the banana, frozen mango, Greek yogurt, almond milk, vanilla extract, and honey (if using). Blend on medium speed until everything is combined.
  • Add ice for thickness :
    Toss in the ice cubes and blend again on high until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and lump-free.
  • Taste and adjust :
    If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add a bit more honey or maple syrup.  
  • Serve immediately:
    Pour into a glass and enjoy right away for the best texture and flavor!
