Instructions
Prepare the Bulgogi Sauce: In a medium bowl, mix ½ cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 2 teaspoons sesame oil, 1 teaspoon minced ginger, and 1 teaspoon minced garlic until the sugar dissolves. Set aside.
Cook the Ground Beef: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add 1 pound ground beef and ½ diced onion. Cook for 5 minutes until the beef begins to brown.
