Ingredients
  

Basic Apple Cinnamon Smoothie

  • 1 medium apple, cored and chopped
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
  • ½ cup almond milk (or preferred milk)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • ½teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Apple Banana Smoothie

  • 1 medium apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cupoat milk (or preferred milk)
  • ¼teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter (optional for added protein)

Green Apple Detox Smoothie

  • 1 green apple, cored and chopped
  • ½ cucumber, sliced
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • Handful of spinach or kale
  • ½ teaspoon ginger (grated)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Apples : Wash, core, and chop the apple into small pieces. No need to peel it—the skin adds extra fiber and nutrients!
  • Blend the Ingredients : Add the chopped apple, your chosen liquid (milk, coconut water, etc.), yogurt (if using), and any additional fruits or flavors to a blender.
  • Add Ice & Spices :Toss in ice cubes for a refreshing chill, along with cinnamon, vanilla, or any preferred spices.
  • Blend Until Smooth:Blend everything on high speed for about 30-45 seconds until creamy and smooth.
  • Taste & Adjust : Add more milk for a thinner smoothie or more fruit for sweetness. Blend again if needed.
  • Serve & Enjoy: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately! Garnish with an apple slice or a sprinkle of cinnamon for an extra touch
