Instructions
 

  • Begin by placing the frozen blueberries and raspberries into a blender.
  • Add the ripe banana, followed by the peanut butter, which will add creaminess and a nutty kick.
  • Pour in the Greek yogurt for a smooth texture (optional), and add the almond milk to help blend everything easily.
  • If you want a little extra sweetness, drizzle in the honey or maple syrup.
