Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups brewed chai tea, fully chilled
  • 1/2 cup ripe peach slices or smooth peach purée
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons honey or sugar (adjust to your taste)
  • 1/2 cup milk or dairy-free milk (almond, oat, etc.)
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional toppings: fresh peach slices, cinnamon, whipped cream, and berries.

Instructions
 

  • Start by steeping two chai tea bags (or loose-leaf equivalent) in hotwater for about five minutes. Let the tea cool completely, then place it in thefridge until chilled. While that’s cooling, blend the peach slices with a bitof honey or sugar until smooth. In a tall glass, stir together the chilled chaitea, vanilla extract, and peach purée until fully combined. Fill your glasswith ice cubes, pour in the mixture, and top it off slowly with milk for asmooth swirl. Add fresh peach slices or a sprinkle of cinnamon for an extratouch. Stir gently before sipping
