Ingredients
  

  • 1 large apple, cored and chopped
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt (for creaminess)
  • ¼ cup rolled oats (for thickness)
  • 1teaspoon cinnamon (for warmth and spice)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (for depth of flavor)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • ½ cup ice cubes (for a chilled, refreshing texture)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Apple : Wash, core, and chop your apple into small pieces.
  • Blend the Base : In a high-speed blender, add the chopped apple, almond milk, and Greek yogurt. Blend on medium speed for 20 seconds until smooth.
  • Add the Dry Ingredients : Toss in the rolled oats, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Blend again until the mixture starts to thicken.
  • Sweeten (If Needed) : If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup. Blend again for a few seconds.
  • Chill and Serve –: Drop in the ice cubes and blend one last time until the smoothie reaches a creamy, frothy texture.
  • Pour and Enjoy : Serve immediately in a tall glass with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top for extra flavor!
