Mix the Chicken Patties – Combine ground chicken, grated onion, garlic, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Form into oblong patties.
Dredge and Sear – Coat patties lightly in flour. Heat olive oilin a skillet and cook patties for 4-5minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and keep warm
Sauté Onions & Mushrooms – In the same skillet, cook sliced onions and mushrooms until softened and caramelized. Remove and spoon over the steaks.
Make the Gravy – Melt butter in the skillet, whisk in flour, and cook for 1 minute. Slowly add chicken or vegetable stock, whisking constantly until thickened. Season with salt & peppe
Serve & Enjoy – Pour the gravy over the chicken steaks and serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or roasted vegetables.
