Instructions
Prepare the Fruit :Wash and chop the fresh fruit into small pieces. If using berries, leave them whole for a fun texture.
Blend the Mixture :In a blender, combine the fruit, juice, sweetener (if using), and lemon juice. Blend until smooth. For a creamier version, add Greek yogurt.
Pour into Molds :Fill the popsicle molds with the blended mixture, leaving a little space at the top for expansion. Insert sticks.
Freeze :Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours or until fully solid.
Enjoy :Run the mold under warm water for a few seconds to easily release the popsicles. Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing burst of real fruit!
