2 black tea bags (EnglishBreakfast or Earl Grey work great)
1 cup fresh blueberries (or frozen, thawed)
½ cup sugar (adjust to taste)
½ cup fresh lemon juice (about 2–3 lemons)
2½ cups water, divided
Optional: lemon slices & mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
Make the blueberry syrup: In a saucepan, combine blueberries, sugar, and ½ cup water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes until berries burst. Strain if you want a smooth syrup.
Brew the tea: Steep the tea bags in 2 cups of boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove bags and let cool.
Mix it up: In a large pitcher, combine the blueberry syrup, cooled tea, and lemon juice. Stir well. Chill until cold.
Serve: Pour over ice, garnish with lemon slices and mint if you’re feeling fancy. Sip and enjoy the moment.
