Unbeatable Smoked Salmon Recipe – Pure Gourmet Flavor!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 6 oz smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh dill or parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cook the pasta according tothe package instructions. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water before draining.
  • In a large skillet, heat oliveoil over medium heat. Stir in the minced garlic and cook until it becomesfragrant, approximately 1 minute.
  • Stir in the heavy cream andbring to a gentle simmer. Add the Parmesan cheese and whisk until the saucethickens, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to low and stir inthe smoked salmon slices, letting themwarm through.
  • Toss in the cooked pasta,adding the reserved pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce.
  • Add lemon juice, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
  • Serve immediately, garnishedwith extra fresh herbs and a lemon wedge.
