Cook the pasta according tothe package instructions. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water before draining.
In a large skillet, heat oliveoil over medium heat. Stir in the minced garlic and cook until it becomesfragrant, approximately 1 minute.
Stir in the heavy cream andbring to a gentle simmer. Add the Parmesan cheese and whisk until the saucethickens, about 2-3 minutes.
Reduce heat to low and stir inthe smoked salmon slices, letting themwarm through. Toss in the cooked pasta,adding the reserved pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce.
Add lemon juice, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
Serve immediately, garnishedwith extra fresh herbs and a lemon wedge.
