Wake Up Your Senses with This Boost Blender Smoothie!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mixed fresh fruits 
  • 1 ripe banana 
  • ½ cup orange juice or coconut water
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup 
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds or flaxseeds

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the ingredients :
    Wash and chop the fresh fruits into smaller pieces for easier blending. If using frozen fruits, no need to chop!
  • Blend the base :
    In a high-speed blender, combine the mixed fruits, banana, Greek yogurt, and your choice of orange juice or coconut water.
  • Add ice & extras :
    Toss in the ice cubes and any optional sweeteners or seeds.
  • Blend until smooth :
    Start blending on lowspeed, then gradually increase to high until the smoothie is creamy and lump-free.This should take about 30-45seconds
  • Taste & adjust:
    If it’s too thick, add a little more liquid. If you want it sweeter, add a drizzle of honey. Blend again for a few seconds.
  • Serve & enjoy :
    Pour the smoothie into a glass or bowl, garnish with extra fruit or seeds, and enjoy immediately!
