Prepare the ingredients :Wash and chop the fresh fruits into smaller pieces for easier blending. If using frozen fruits, no need to chop!
Blend the base : In a high-speed blender, combine the mixed fruits, banana, Greek yogurt, and your choice of orange juice or coconut water.
Add ice & extras :Toss in the ice cubes and any optional sweeteners or seeds.
Blend until smooth :Start blending on lowspeed, then gradually increase to high until the smoothie is creamy and lump-free.This should take about 30-45seconds
Taste & adjust:If it’s too thick, add a little more liquid. If you want it sweeter, add a drizzle of honey. Blend again for a few seconds.
Serve & enjoy :Pour the smoothie into a glass or bowl, garnish with extra fruit or seeds, and enjoy immediately!
